These terms govern access to the Credhalo public MVP. By using it, you agree to the boundaries below.

Purpose and eligibility

Credhalo is a self-reflection tool for organizing role goals, skill estimates, and project evidence. You must be legally able to agree to these terms and use any wallet features available in your jurisdiction.

No recruiting or credential decision

Credhalo is not an AI recruitment service, employer, job board, background checker, certificate issuer, or hiring decision system. It does not evaluate whether a person is good or bad, fit or unfit, and makes no employment, salary, or career outcome promise. Recommendations are generated by disclosed local rules.

Your content

You retain responsibility for information and links you enter. You represent that you have the right to use and share them, and that they are not unlawful, deceptive, infringing, confidential without permission, or harmful. Field validation is not factual verification or endorsement.

Local data and backups

The workspace is browser-local and may be lost. You are responsible for backups and for protecting devices and downloaded receipts. We do not undertake to recover local records.

Wallet and optional proof

Wallet connection discloses a public address and chain ID to the interface. Proof anchoring is a separate optional action requiring a detailed preview and additional confirmation. Review wallet prompts carefully. A Local Demo record is browser-local and is not a blockchain transaction, credential, or promise of future utility.

Prohibited use

Do not misrepresent a receipt as independent verification, accreditation, employment approval, or proof of authorship.
Do not probe, disrupt, automate abuse, introduce malicious links, or bypass product safeguards.
Do not use the product to make unlawful employment decisions or process data without a lawful basis.
Never enter private keys or recovery phrases.

Intellectual property

The Credhalo name, original interface, logo, and product materials are protected by applicable rights. These terms do not grant rights to copy branding or imply partnership. User-entered content remains subject to the user’s and third parties’ rights.

Availability and changes

The MVP may change, pause, or end without guarantee. Features labeled preview, optional, or unconfigured may not be available. Roadmap statements are not commitments.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. No warranty is made about accuracy, fitness, uninterrupted access, storage, third-party links, wallet software, or outcomes. You use it at your own risk.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Credhalo and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from local data loss, user claims, third-party links, wallet actions, or reliance on scores and recommendations. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Termination and general terms

You may stop using the product and clear local data at any time. We may restrict abusive access. If one term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. No partnership, agency, fiduciary, or employment relationship is created.
